Hadia Shaikh is an art curator and writer dedicated to using art as a catalyst for storytelling, community connection, and meaningful dialogue. Her curatorial approach entails thoughtful research and engagement to amplify the voices of artists and cultivate inclusive and culturally conscious perspectives. Hadia is committed to utilizing art as a tool for societal transformation, aiming to build inclusive and sustainable communities through innovative and creative initiatives. 


Hailing from a South Asian background, Hadia brings a transnational perspective to her curatorial practice, grounding her work in global contemporary art. She holds a BA in Art History from the Herron School of Art and Design at Indiana University–Indianapolis and an MA in Museum Studies from the Indiana University School of Liberal Arts.


Hadia is currently based in Denver, Colorado, where she is the Curatorial Assistant for Modern and Contemporary Art and Modern and Contemporary Latin American Art and also works independently as a curator and writer.
